The scientific degree programmes at our faculty have developed into an important location feature in a very short timespan. Environmental science issues are becoming increasingly important due to the Earth's limited resource capacity. In this area, we need motivated and well-trained young people who can assess the consequences of human behaviour in terms of sustainability and enable cross-system considerations.
