Deadlines
- Abstract submission: closing 3 months prior to conference (i.e., May 25)
- Late abstract submission can be done until July 25 but only as poster.
- Standard Registration: 2 months prior to conference (i.e., June 25; in accordance with discounts offered by two hotels)
- Late registration: August 11 (likely without dinner; or dinner cannot be guaranteed, neither the excursion)
