Research Station
Our research facilities contain numerous options to work on research questions in the area of aquatic ecosystems as well as a few office work spaces and a lecture room.
Lecture Room
The lecture room offers 25 seats for students and is suitable for workshops, project meetings and seminars. It provides a variety of technical equipment, such as binoculars, a beamer and a whiteboard, as well as a collection of specialized literature and guides.
The lecture room is available for booking through inquiry by any member of the university.
Research Spaces
The research station provides a few spaces for ecological research topics; Labs, aquariums and animal breeding facilities are all part of the station. The aquariums as well as a specialized climate chamber can be used to facilitate precise environmental conditions, allowing a detailed control of light and temperature. These conditions are well suited to research the effect of climate change on water systems. The research spaces can be booked for university projects.
