Mint-EC-Camp

From June 23 to 26, 2025, the Center for Teacher Education (ZLB) and the Institute of Mathematics (IfM) will host a MINT-EC camp on the RPTU campus in Landau. Under the title "Mathematical Medicine – Medical Mathematics," 20 selected students from 18 different schools across Germany, as well as one international school from the USA, will explore current topics at the interface of mathematics and medicine. During the multi-day camp, participants will attend various workshops that will provide them with insights into research and applications of mathematical modeling at RPTU in Landau. The camp is organized in cooperation with the nationwide MINT-EC network of excellence schools, which supports students with an interest and commitment to mathematics and science.
