Our working group, together with the working group “Molecular Ecology”, operates a modern molecular genetics laboratory at the building L on the main campus in Landau. The 210 m² laboratory is fully equipped for all standard molecular genetic work, e.g. DNA extraction, PCR, quantitative (real-time) PCR, DNA cloning and sequencing (two 8-capillary automatic sequencers).
