From September 11–13, 45 spider enthusiasts from Switzerland, France, and Germany gathered in Landau for the annual meeting of the Arachnological Society e.V. (https://arages.de/). The society’s goal is to expand knowledge of arachnids in Central Europe and to support research. The meeting was organized by the Ecosystem Analysis Working Group at the Department of Natural and Environmental Sciences, with support from the Spider Working Group of Pollichia e.V. and the Saarland Arachnid Interest Group.
